WARM, SUPPORTIVE
& NON-JUDGEMENTAL

psychotherapist and relationship therapist for individuals and couples.

Life and relationships are not easy to navigate, and if you’re experiencing anxiety, struggling to manage certain relationships and family dynamics, or going through difficult times, things can feel overwhelming. I understand how difficulties can cause you to lose your sense of control, your overall wellbeing, and even your sense of who you are.

Through working together, individual psychotherapy and relationship therapy will provide you with professional support which can guide you along a path of positive change. I can help you deal with difficult events and overcome challenging times in your life. We will work together so you will be able to experience a more fulfilling life, a feeling of aliveness, connectedness, and where relationships with others and yourself are warmer, more authentic and more compassionate.

INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPY

Jemma Dennis is an integrative therapist which means she uses a variety of modalities and tools which are tailored to the individual needs of her clients.

Jemma works with her clients to see what is blocking their innate potential, so that they can feel free to express themselves in the world.

Jemma supports her clients in changing limiting beliefs, allowing them to release and free themselves from emotional blocks. This helps bring insight and a deeper understanding of their behavioural patterns.

Based in Marylebone, London, Jemma offers in person sessions from her clinic and offers online therapy too.

IMAGO RELATIONSHIP
THERAPY

In our adult relationships we tend to have a few ‘core issues’ which keep coming up. This can leave us feeling alone and questioning if we have chosen the right partner. Once we can recognise the pattern or wounding, and our adapted strategies for coping, we can start to move to a more conscious relationship.

In Imago, through the “Imago Dialogue”, we move from reactivity and blame to validation and empathy which allows us to have deeper connection and safety in a relationship. Imago helps people create the relationships they want to be living.
